Bids by NAICS is a trading name of CHM Capital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17466915, registered office 59-60 Russell Square, London WC1B 4HP ("we", "us").

These terms apply to bidsbynaics.com and the daily digest. By using the site or subscribing you agree to them.

1. What the service is

The site publishes federal contract award figures by NAICS code from USAspending.gov and a daily snapshot of open notices from SAM.gov. The daily digest is a subscription ($149 a year) that emails you new SAM.gov notices matching the NAICS codes and states you choose, with award figures for each code.

2. Not affiliated with the government

Bids by NAICS is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, USAspending.gov, the Small Business Administration or any government agency. We do not register businesses in SAM, we do not charge for anything SAM.gov provides free, and we do not prepare or submit bids.

3. Information only

The figures and notices are information drawn from public sources, which can contain errors, omissions and late changes. The digest may miss a notice or include one that has since been amended or canceled. Always read the full notice and its amendments on SAM.gov before responding. Nothing on the site or in the digest is legal, procurement or business advice, and nothing suggests you will or will not receive any contract.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The digest is billed yearly in advance through Stripe and renews each year unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; the digest then runs to the end of the paid year and does not renew. If the digest fails to arrive because of a fault on our side and we cannot put it right, or you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, email [email protected] and we will refund the year's fee.

5. Your use

The digest is for use within your own business. Please do not resell or redistribute it, scrape the site in bulk, or try to disrupt the service.

6. No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost contracts, bids or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Content and data

The underlying public data belongs to its sources. The site's text, design and compilation are ours.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will give subscribers notice by email of any material change before it applies to them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of any protection given by the law of the place you live.
